Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our retail store. You will partner with the General Manager to lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain regulatory compliance.

The role demands strong leadership, cash handling, and inventory management, with a focus on driving sales and brand standards. Position requires 40+ hours per week, flexible schedule, and the ability to train a large team while maintaining confidentiality and professional relations with partners

Qualifications

• Minimum two years related experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Experience in retail or customer service management is a plus.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Experience coaching, developing and evaluating teams (40+ employees).
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication with all levels of staff; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations.
• Review and communicate SOP changes with staff and leadership.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Assist in managing the labor budget to meet business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
