Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage store inventory and ensure accurate reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts with GM/AGM.
• Handle opening/closing duties and supervise staff.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and customer service.
• Resolve patient issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships with partners.
