Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager in Belleview, FL to monitor store inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead cycle counts in partnership with the GM/ AGM. The role requires strong cash handling, confidentiality, and customer service skills, with a focus on accuracy and accountability.

The position supports a fast-growing retail cannabis operation, with a standard 40-hour workweek, and comprehensive benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience and location.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma.
• Prior store management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members, operate electronic equipment, comprehends safety procedures, and use telecommunication devices.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy of inventory reporting.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and assure changes are communicated to employees.
• Conduct inventory audits and any cycle counts required in partnership with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager.
• Perform system adjustments as required and conduct root cause analysis for any adjustments; initiate and execute corrective actions.
• Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
