Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Associate Inventory Manager in Florida to support the General Manager in daily store operations, inventory control, and regulatory compliance. This role focuses on accurate inventory reporting, teamwork, and delivering excellent patient experiences.

You will handle cycle counts, system adjustments, and open/close procedures while maintaining brand standards and confidentiality across all store activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication with all levels.
• Ability to communicate in conversational English with customers and staff.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in supervision of store personnel and inventory tracking.
• Monitor inventory and ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts with the GM/AGM.
• Perform system adjustments and analyze root causes; implement corrective actions.
• Open/close procedures and basic staff supervision.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Handle patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
