Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Back of the House Supervisor for our Hillsboro, OR retail location. You will oversee inventory, receiving orders, and store operations, ensuring policy compliance and accurate audits.

You will lead inventory team, train staff, conduct performance reviews with GM, collaborate with HR, and ensure safety and security standards. The role may include additional duties across call center, security, and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years or per state regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Store management experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising training, quality, and customer service in retail.
• 1 year PharmaCann supervisory experience will be considered in lieu of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Minimum 4 years’ retail experience, including a combination of front end and/or inventory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of retail technology platforms and systems.
• Must possess strong analytical skills to assess data and develop strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute all inventory initiatives as outlined on the master calendar.
• Deliver results by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team.
• Establish and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures for retail staff.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures within the retail store.
• Collaborate with HR to interview, recruit, and hire to fill gaps in open positions.
• Train managers and employees in SOPs, compliance audits, and policies.
• Develop and maintain a training calendar and onboarding program for new hires.
• Write and deliver performance reviews with the GM to determine succession plans.
• Manage performance, coaching, and discipline in partnership with GM and HR.
• Maintain organized documentation of employee issues.
• Provide leadership and training to foster continuous learning and improvement.
• May assist with other duties across call center, sales, outreach, security, delivery, and merchandising.
