Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervising training, quality, and customer service in retail.
• Strong analytical and data assessment skills to improve business results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory initiatives and master calendar adherence.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and audit-compliant.
• Collaborate with HR to hire, train, and develop staff.
