Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/operations management or related field preferred.
• Previous store management experience and supervisory skills required.
• Experience with retail P&L and performance analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory initiatives and master calendar.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with store team.
• Establish policies and procedures for retail staff.
• Ensure safety and security policy compliance.
• Lead HR activities: interview, recruit, train, onboarding.
• Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
• Coach and discipline staff; maintain documentation.
• Support additional duties across operations as needed.
