• 3-8 years of professional experience, preferably retail-focused.

• Collaborative with clients and project teams.
• Familiarity with Building Codes and ADA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Travel and perform architectural site surveys.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD with retail-specific detailing.
• Coordinate with external consultants for complete construction documents for approvals and bidding.
• Assist Project Manager in coordinating construction documents for approvals.
• Attend weekly virtual OAC calls during construction and review shop drawings/submittals and RFIs.
• Travel for construction site visits and punch-list at completion.
