The role emphasizes leading drawing production, coordinating with consultants, and supporting construction-phase activities in a fast-paced, detail-rich setting. You will work on SD/DD/CD packages, coordinate with landlords and authorities, and participate in weekly OAC calls.

Qualifikationen

• 3-8 years of professional experience, preferably focused on retail.
• Independent, creative thinker with ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Travel to perform architectural site surveys.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD with retail detailing.
• Coordinate with external consultants to ensure complete construction documents.
• Assist Project Manager with coordination of construction documents for approvals.
• Attend virtual weekly OAC calls during construction and review submittals/ RFI responses.
• Travel to construction sites for inspections and punch-lists at completion.
