Qualifications

• 3–8 years of professional experience, preferably in retail interiors.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Building Codes and ADA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Travel to perform architectural site surveys.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD with retail-focused detailing.
• Coordinate with external consultants for coordinated construction documents and landlord approvals.
• Assist the Project Manager with coordination of construction documents under review.
• Attend weekly virtual OAC calls during construction and review RFIs and shop drawings.
