Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in New York, NY, is seeking an Intermediate Technical Architect Designer / Project Professional for retail interiors and branded environments. The role combines concept-driven design with tight technical delivery, including coordination with consultants and project managers across SD to CD stages.

The ideal candidate will have strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, familiarity with Bluebeam/Adobe Design tools, and the ability to travel for site surveys and construction visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail-focused drawing production across SD, DD, CD.
• Coordinate with external consultants for complete construction documents.
• Assist Project Manager in coordinating construction documents for approvals.
• Attend virtual OAC calls during construction and review shop drawings.
• Travel to sites for architectural surveys and construction site visits, including punch-lists.
