Job summary

Job Juncture in New York, NY is seeking an Intermediate Technical Designer to lead concept-driven projects in retail or corporate environments. This role blends creative concept development with technical execution, requiring strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.

Hybrid work arrangement: four days in the office and one remote; relocation assistance is available for the right candidate; travel for site surveys and construction visits is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of professional design experience, preferably in retail or corporate interiors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Bluebeam and Adobe Design products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, create and execute concept-driven projects for retail and corporate environments.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD with retail detailing and coordination.
• Coordinate with external consultants for complete construction documents and approvals.
• Assist the Project Manager with coordinating construction documents for approval.
• Attend virtual weekly OAC calls and review shop drawings and RFIs; travel to site surveys.
