Job summary

NPAworldwide, in New York, Hybrid, seeks an Intermediate Technical Designer / Project Professional to lead concept-driven projects in retail interiors and branded environments. The role blends creative concept development with technical execution across SD, DD, and CD phases, with travel for site surveys.

Ideal candidates have strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, 3–8 years of experience in retail or corporate interiors, and a collaborative, detail-rich approach.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of professional experience in retail-focused interiors.
• Ability to work independently, think creatively, and collaborate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Bluebeam and Adobe Design.

Responsibilities

• Travel to perform architectural site surveys.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across all phases (SD, DD, CD).
• Coordinate with external consultants for construction docs.
• Assist Project Manager with construction documents coordination.
• Attend weekly OAC calls and review RFIs.
• Attend construction site visits and punch-list activities.
