Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking an Instructional Designer to craft concise, engaging learning for stores, distribution centers and corporate teams. You will create microlearning, e-learning and video content, partnering with leadership and SMEs to identify needs and translate them into practical training.

You will drive modern learning strategies, refresh existing content, and measure impact using data-driven approaches while aligning with Fleet Farm’s evolving training priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, learning and development or related fields.
• Experience designing e-learning, microlearning and video-based training.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of learning content from needs analysis to delivery.
• Identify performance and learning needs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Create microlearning, e-learning modules and videos for diverse learners.
• Develop training on topics including onboarding, safety, leadership and customer service.
• Use Docebo to deliver content and collaborate with LMS teams.
