Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or similar field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of instructional design experience in a corporate environment.
• 2 years’ experience using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise.
• Experience with Adobe Creative products and Vyond preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create training content, determine learning methodologies, write content design, produce media and test course functionality in the LMS.
• Adhere to project timelines and maintain relationships with subject matter experts.
• Provide team support and engage in internal course reviews for peers.
