You will assist with product selection, pricing, availability, and simple refunds or exchanges, while entering orders and coordinating delivery schedules. The role emphasizes sales support, material estimates for small packages, and performance against daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Six months sales-related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
• Ability to learn company products, procedures and pricing.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to retail customers via walk-in, phone, or email.
• Assists with product selection, pricing, availability, refunds/exchanges.
• Provides material estimates and quotes for small packages.
• Enters orders into system and schedules delivery.
• Plans and paces own work to meet productivity goals.
• Coordinates and conducts customer workshops.
• Handles simple complaints and escalates complex issues.
• Assists with store housekeeping, signage, stocking, and inventory control.
• Complies with safety procedures and participates in safety meetings.
