Responsibilities

• Process customer sales quickly and accurately on the cash register.
• Process cash transactions and customer checks, charges and store credits, and balance the register drawer.
• Provide customer service by knowing inventory, sale information, store policies and procedures, and other related information.
• Keep merchandise neat and organized by stocking and pulling stock as needed.
• Assess merchandise and make pricing recommendations to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Maintain a clean store appearance and facilities.
• Answer the store telephone.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
