Job summary

You will own store objectives, drive key metrics, and ensure an excellent candidate and new hire experience through structured onboarding and clear policy communication. Strong data use and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to use data, guidance, and judgment to make timely, effective decisions that support team and business success.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
• Minimum 1+ years of Retail Leadership/HR Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive store objectives and key metrics.
• Manage hiring process: openings, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, onboarding.
• Deliver positive candidate and new hire experiences with structured onboarding.
• Lead onboarding and daily HR support to ensure service, selling, and operations excellence.
• Maintain associate data integrity across systems and files for compliance and reporting.
• Create schedules aligned with talent, traffic, and business needs.
• Audit timecards and track attendance daily.
• Provide guidance to store team and resolve issues with confidentiality.
