Job summary

You will manage data integrity across HR systems, conduct onboarding, and support daily payroll and scheduling activities. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Retail Leadership/HR Management experience.
• Ability to lead hiring, training and retention activities.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, training, and retention activities for store associates.
• Build effective weekly schedules to support store objectives.
• Drive onboarding and associate development processes.
• Maintain data integrity across HR and payroll systems.
• Audit timecards, attendance, and payroll data weekly.
• Communicate with store leaders to resolve associate concerns.
