Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Manager, Retail HR Programs & Governance to help identify and address policies, processes, tools, and working practices that create barriers for the field. You will organize priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and move practical solutions forward to improve clarity, consistency, and execution across Retail HR.

The role focuses on hands-on execution for high-priority Retail HR needs, leveraging data, field feedback, and governance to guide priorities and drive improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, HR Operations, Program Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and projects.
• Demonstrated success driving outcomes through influence rather than direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Identify Retail HR programs, policies, processes, tools, or ways of working that are unclear or need improvement.
• Draft and maintain SOPs, playbooks, toolkits, templates, and process documentation.
• Coordinate Retail HR programs and workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with stakeholders to align priorities, roles, and next steps.
