Job summary

Sephora, a global beauty retailer, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner leader to guide a team of HRBPs across regions. You will translate business priorities into people strategies, drive organizational effectiveness, and coach senior leaders for higher performance.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to standardize HR practices, foster inclusion and accountability, and lead strategic workforce planning in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting senior business leaders in a complex, multi-unit organization.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, coaching and developing HR professionals.
• Experience translating business priorities into people strategies that improve organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce planning, engagement and retention.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, compliance, talent management, organizational design and change management in retail or multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Directly leads a team of HR Business Partners and coaches performance, succession planning, and capability development.
• Develop and implement people strategies that drive business performance, talent outcomes, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• Support organizational changes and business initiatives while aligning with company priorities and values.
• Collaborate with leaders to foster accountability, trust, inclusion, development, and high-performing teams.
• Partner with Retail Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Legal, L&D, Finance, Technology, and Corporate partners to standardize HR practices across regions.
