Job summary

Hannaford Supermarkets in Gray, ME is seeking an in-store Administrative Payroll and HR support role. You will manage payroll time/attendance, maintain personnel and training records, and support staffing efforts.

You will act as the in-store expert for SuccessFactors HR/Learning and the payroll system, assist associates with self-service, and coordinate with store leadership on attendance and hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to master both the SuccessFactors HR and learning systems and the payroll system.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll time and attendance processing.
• Handle Workers' Compensation and Disability claim paperwork and file accident investigations.
• Serve as the in-store expert for SuccessFactors HR and Learning systems and the payroll system.
• Direct associates to the appropriate contact for self-service and managers.
• Track associate attendance and review with store leadership.
• Screen job applicants and schedule final interviews.
• Provide training reports to Department Managers and Store Leadership.
• Ensure background check paperwork is completed for required roles.
• Conduct new hire orientations.
• Set up new associates in payroll and HR systems.
• Set up associates who require mainframe access.
• Maintain HR bulletin boards and compliance posters.
