Job summary

Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking an in-store HR/Payroll administrator to provide essential payroll services, maintain personnel records, and support staffing efforts at our Gray, ME location. You will manage time and attendance, process payroll, and support the SuccessFactors HR and Learning systems as the payroll liaison for associates.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll and maintain attendance records.
• Manage Workers' Compensation and Disability paperwork and OSHA-related documents.
• Serve as in-store expert for HR and payroll systems and assist associates with self-service.
• Direct associates to the appropriate contacts and support staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate personnel and training files and prepare training reports.
• Ensure background check paperwork is completed for required roles and conduct new hire orientations.
