Job summary

Hannaford Supermarkets in Meredith, NH is seeking an in-store HR administrative professional to support payroll, personnel records, training, and attendance. You will handle weekly payroll processing, set up new hires, and maintain compliance files.

You will also train associates on SuccessFactors and payroll tools, coordinate benefits enrollment, and partner with store leadership to ensure accurate and confidential personnel data.

• Familiarity with Office applications including but not limited to Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll: time and attendance, payroll processing, and matching payroll to MPA plan.
• Handle Workers' Compensation and Disability paperwork; file accident investigations and OSHA binder.
• Serve as in-store expert for SuccessFactors HR, Learning, and payroll systems; assist associates with self-service.
• Direct associates to appropriate contact (self-service, department manager, ASM, Store Manager).
• Track attendance, log absences, and review with store leadership.
• Screen job applicants and schedule final interviews with appropriate manager.
• Provide training reports to Department Managers and Store Leadership.
• Ensure Criminal Background Check paperwork is completed for required roles.
• Conduct new hire orientations and set up in payroll/HR systems.
• Set up associates needing mainframe access and support benefits enrollment.
• Maintain HR/personnel/training files and update bulletin boards with current information.
• Act as a brand ambassador and maintain confidentiality of store information.
• Complete Sunday payroll functions.
