Job summary

RedLion Mobile is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day Human Resources needs across a multi-state wireless retail organization. You will partner with store managers, district leadership, and corporate teams to provide HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.

The role covers employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, leave management, workers’ comp, unemployment claims, compliance, and HR recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of Human Resources experience.
• SPHR certification highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with employee relations, investigations, payroll, benefits, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims.
• Experience supporting employees in multiple states strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and retail management regarding workplace concerns, policies, attendance, performance, and employee relations matters.
• Provide guidance to managers regarding coaching, corrective action, performance improvement, and policy enforcement.
• Conduct and document workplace investigations involving employee complaints, harassment, discrimination, misconduct, policy violations, and other employee relations concerns.
• Partner with HR leadership on disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Assist managers in maintaining consistent and appropriate documentation of performance and conduct issues.
• Conduct exit interviews and identify trends that may impact employee retention.
