Job summary

RedLion Mobile is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a high-volume, multi-state wireless retail workforce in a fast-paced environment. You will handle employee relations, payroll support, benefits administration, leave management, and HR compliance across multiple locations.

The role partners with store managers and corporate teams to deliver consistent HR practices, manage records, and promote policy adherence while balancing business needs and employee concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; 3–5+ years HR experience in multi-location setting.
• SPHR certification preferred; experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) and confidential handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations support and guidance to managers.
• Assist with performance management and investigations.
• Oversee payroll data accuracy and changes across locations.
• Administer benefits and 401(k) enrollment and changes.
• Coordinate leave management (FMLA, state leaves) and accommodations.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance across states.
