Nouria Energy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business objectives for their retail locations. The role manages performance management, onboarding, policy interpretation, and employee relations while supporting recruitment efforts across the geographic territory.

The position supports approximately 50 retail stores, engaging with operations teams, driving workforce planning, and delivering training.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Human Resources across multiple functions (retail/multi-unit experience preferred).
• BA/BS or comparable SHRM certification preferred.
• Retail industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience handling complex employee relations issues (EEO, FLSA, OSHA, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop a deep understanding of Operations needs and partner as a trusted HR business partner.
• Lead workforce and succession planning for assigned area.
• Provide day-to-day performance management and guidance to field staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws and Nouria HR policies.
• Investigate employee relations issues and advise leadership on resolutions.
• Coordinate recruitment needs with Talent Acquisition and participate in outreach events.
• Analyze trends to develop people programs and drive change.
• Support onboarding of new employees and provide HR guidance and training.
