Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
• Experience advising managers and resolving employee issues with counsel and empathy.
• Strong focus on data quality and reporting to inform decisions.
• Knowledge of employment laws, EEO/affirmative action concepts, and compliance.
• Experience leading talent reviews, organizational change, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR consultation and propose solutions aligned with policies and business needs.
• Coach managers on policies, performance, employee relations, and talent programs.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, engagement surveys, and development programs.
• Partner with L&D to identify training needs and align training with business objectives.
• Support recruitment activities including job descriptions, compensation reviews, and interviews for key roles.
• Maintain accurate HR records, promotions, transfers, and hires; manage workforce planning details.
• Manage employee relations matters per policies and laws; escalate sensitive issues as needed.
• Coach managers on performance documentation and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and support diversity/inclusion goals.
• Assist in organizational design and restructuring with workforce data and stakeholder plans.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to drive HR initiatives and process improvements.
• Lead meetings, present HR programs to diverse audiences, and manage special projects.
