Job summary

Nouria Energy Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business objectives across Nouria’s retail locations (c-store, QSR, fuel).

You will provide comprehensive HR support including performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, policy interpretation, and training for about 50 stores in the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive partner with strong diplomacy and capability to interact at all levels,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience across all functions.
• BA/BS or SHRM/HRCI certification preferred.
• Retail industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience handling complex employee relations issues with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong business partner relationship with Operations to understand goals and challenges.
• Lead workforce planning and succession efforts for the area.
• Provide day-to-day performance management support to field organization.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws and Nouria policies.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues with guidance to management.
• Coordinate recruitment needs with Talent Acquisition and participate in outreach events.
• Analyze trends to develop people programs and influence change.
• Support onboarding of new employees and provide HR guidance and training.
