Job summary

Nouria Energy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with Nouria's retail business needs, supporting approximately 50 stores in performance management, onboarding, policy interpretation, and training.

You will engage across levels, lead workforce and succession planning, and partner with Talent Acquisition to meet recruiting needs while ensuring compliance with employment laws and Nouria policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with exposure across all HR functionalities.
• BA/BS or comparable HRCI/SHRM Certification preferred.
• Retail industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience handling complex employee relations issues (EEO, FLSA, OSHA).
• Verbal and written communication skills to explain complex topics and provide training.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong business partner relationship with Operations teams to understand their goals and challenges.
• Lead workforce planning and succession planning for the area.
• Provide day-to-day performance management support to field organization.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws and Nouria policies.
• Investigate employee relations issues and provide guidance and recommendations.
