Job summary

Coen Markets, LLC is seeking a Guest Service Leader to support store operations and training in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help the Store Manager run the unit, maintain clean and stocked areas, and oversee daily paperwork when the manager is absent.

The role offers growth potential from Guest Service Associate to Leader, with training plans, performance appraisals, and potential promotion upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Employee must complete the GSA Learning Plan and perform as Guest Service Associate for at least six months.
• Performance appraisals determine promotion eligibility to Guest Service Leader.
• Approval from District and Region Managers required before entering Leader Training.
• Remain a Guest Service Associate until completion of Learning Plan and Final Assessment.
• May have non-charge hours and special hours policies during training.

Responsibilities

• Customer service across store operations.
• Stocking, cleaning, and maintenance of interior and exterior areas.
• Cash register operations.
• Merchandise display and upkeep.
• Shift record keeping and reporting.
• Complete Manager’s Report and product orders in absence of Store Manager.
• Assist Store Manager in training of clerks and associates.
• Support Store Manager in their absence.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
• May assist District Manager in other area stores.
• In AIM locations – Food Safety and food service operations as applicable.
