Job summary

Coen Markets, LLC is seeking a energetic team member to help manage our food service area. You will greet guests, assist with food preparation, maintain safety standards, and support the Store Manager to deliver a fast, high-quality guest experience.

In this role you will supervise stock levels, manage waste, train teammates on food safety, and ensure cleanliness of the service area. Flexible hours include day and night shifts, with part-time or full-time options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months retail or food experience preferred.
• 1 year in retail, service or restaurant environment preferred.
• Serv Safe Certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly manner to welcome and appreciate them.
• Manage food stock, costs, waste, prep, presentation, and safety.
• Oversee cleanliness and sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
• Meet company goals for food sales (pizza, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, etc.).
• Provide training, feedback, coaching, and direction on food prep and safety.
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors on food safety measures.
• Maintain stock levels and rotate stock for food items.
• Process guest transactions efficiently to minimize wait time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or Guest Service Leader.
• Must perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
