Job summary

Michaels Stores in LA Crosse, WI is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service and a fast checkout experience. You will help shoppers find items, enroll customers in the Rewards program, and contribute to omni-channel tasks like BOPIS and SFS. You will also support stocking and merchandising to keep the store well presented.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enroll them.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise in-stock; handle returns/go-backs.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
