Job summary

Michaels in Corona, CA is hiring for a store team member to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

The role supports Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, promotes the Rewards program, and educates customers on VOC surveys while adhering to SOPs and safety policies. Flexible hours include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock levels; execute merchandise recovery and returns
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Interact respectfully; uphold store values and be a role model for teammates
