Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure team members understand and consistently deliver on Target’s guest experience commitments.
• Observe and provide feedback, holding team members accountable while recognizing great guest moments.
• Manage workload to meet store sales goals and drive loyalty and guest satisfaction.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff, promoting inclusivity and safety.
