Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead closing routines and coach team members across departments.
• Deliver guest-first service and escalate issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet store goals by maintaining payroll and productivity during closing.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members when needed.
• Ensure store is zoned, in-stock, signed and labeled correctly for the next day.
• Support store leadership with daily communications and performance feedback.
