lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our retail stores. You will educate customers on products, connect with the community, and embody our culture.

You will move on the floor to assist guests, work with a diverse team, and support store operations while upholding safety and policy standards.

This role values inclusivity, integrity, enthusiasm, and collaboration, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must provide proof of Right to Work and comply with local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class guest service and product education to guests.
• Assess guests' needs and provide customized solutions and support.
• Engage with guests on the floor and facilitate seamless transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Perform store operations such as restocking, merchandising, and using in-store technology.
