lululemon is hiring an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will educate guests on product benefits, assist with purchases, and move dynamically across the floor to meet store needs.

You will engage with a diverse team, uphold our inclusive culture, and participate in safe, organized store operations while maintaining a premium shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of Right to Work and related local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests' time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to resolve issues.
