lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Knoxville store, educating guests on product benefits and connecting with the local community in a culture that champions inclusion and growth.

You will move on the floor, assist with transactions, restock, and support store operations while adhering to safety policies. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time.

• Assist with end-to-end transactions and omnichannel programs (BOPIS, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to make it right for guests.
