Ideal candidates bring strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Retail experience is preferred; flexible hours are required to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Role models customer experience practices with customers and associates.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Participates in store recovery, safety, and loss prevention.
• Supports and participates in store initiatives and policies.
