LEEDARSON IoT Technology Inc. in Bentonville, AR, is seeking a Sales Manager – Retail Growth & Executive Support to drive sell-out and retail growth, partner with retail customers and eCommerce platforms, and optimize product performance to accelerate sales.

You will collaborate with the Sales VP as a key business partner, prepare reviews and presentations, and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely execution of growth initiatives across stores and online channels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in sales, retail, or related fields preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with sales and inventory data.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor weekly sales, sell-through, inventory, in-stock levels, and product performance.
• Identify underperforming and high-potential SKUs and develop action plans.
• Collaborate with retail and eCommerce teams to improve visibility, content, promotions, and conversion.
• Assist in development and execution of promotional programs and new product launches.
• Analyze store-level and online performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with marketing to improve digital traffic and consumer engagement.
• Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
• Support sell-in and retailer presentations as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance.
