Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1–3 years related retail, sales, and supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with store systems.

• Ensure selling techniques and training are executed across the store.
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance and service.
• Open/close responsibilities and daily store balancing as External Key Carrier.
