Metropolis Technologies is seeking a Head of Growth, Retail to lead the growth and commercial strategy for the retail segment. This executive will shape the long-term vision, drive data-driven growth, and forge ecosystem partnerships to achieve market leadership and yearly targets.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, co-driving product-market fit, and expanding B2B marketing and partnerships across national accounts.

Formación

• 15+ years in the retail industry segment with proven commercial growth leadership.
• Strong background in strategy, business development, partnerships, P&L management, and success in national accounts.
• Extensive contacts and network of vertical-specific partners in retail.
• Skilled in financial modeling, structuring deals, data-driven decision-making, and market analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and shaping product-market fit.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging AI platforms and data-driven tools to accelerate growth and pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy and execution to grow our retail vertical and location base across regions by partnering with sales and operations teams to close business.
• Open and win deals in key national accounts within the retail vertical and co-sell with regional sellers on priority accounts.
• Ensure vertically-oriented value proposition is strong and establish vertical-standard commercial structures and deal terms.
• Scale the Metropolis Recognition Platform by creating opportunities for our newest technology to thrive within the retail vertical.
• Build partnerships with product leaders to translate customer input into product-market fit and drive impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop vertical solutions and set high accountability standards.
• Scale retail B2B marketing initiatives, trade-press coverage, and vertical conference presence to lead the vertical voice.
• Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, advisors, channel partners, and influencing bodies.
• Co-lead the unified product and service roadmap for full vertical offerings with validation strategies and biometric integrations.
• Partner with data teams to establish growth reporting and dashboards, driving thought leadership in industry forums.
