Qualifications

• 15+ years in the retail industry with proven commercial growth leadership.
• Strong background in strategy, business development, partnerships, and P&L management.
• Extensive network of vertical-specific retail partners and national accounts.
• Skilled in financial modeling, market analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align product, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Grow our retail vertical and location base by partnering with sales and operations.
• Open and win deals with national accounts, co-selling with regional teams.
• Establish vertical-standard commercial structures and deal terms.
• Scale the Recognition Platform within the retail vertical.
• Collaborate with product to translate customer input into product-market fit.
• Coordinate across product, marketing, sales, and operations for vertical solutions.
• Scale retail B2B marketing, press coverage, and conference presence.
• Develop partnerships with consultants, channel partners, and advisory bodies.
• Co-lead the unified product and service roadmap for vertical offerings.
• Partner with data to establish growth dashboards and top-of-funnel metrics.
