Metropolis is seeking a Head of Growth for Commercial Real Estate - Retail to shape the long-term growth roadmap and scale the retail exposure. You will drive data-informed strategies, build key partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver profitable expansion across national accounts.

This leadership role includes establishing vertical commercial structures, guiding product-market fit with customer input, and driving top-of-funnel pipeline using AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in retail with growth leadership and national accounts track record.
• Strong strategy, partnerships, P&L management and market analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and product alignment with customers.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the growth and commercial strategy for retail.
• Lead partnerships, B2B marketing, and channel development across regions.
• Partner with product to translate customer input into market-fit offerings.
• Develop growth reporting frameworks and dashboards for top-of-funnel pipeline.
