Triumph is expanding its physical retail footprint with owned stores, mall kiosks, vending machines, and partner card shops. Based in Fremont with weekly HQ time in San Francisco, you will own the retail P&L, define formats and markets, and pilot pilots before scaling across locations.

You’ll lead the creation of a playbook for site criteria, terms, and vendor networks, while collaborating with operations, legal, and the collectibles team to bring Triumph’s physical repacks to market.

Formación

• 7+ years in retail operations with store/kiosk/vending launch experience.
• Proven track record owning P&L across pilots to locations.
• Ability to model unit economics for stores, kiosks, or machines.
• Experience managing high-value inventory with loss prevention.
• Experience hiring and leading multi-location teams.
• Comfort using AI tools in daily work.
• Bonus: prior retail and vending/landlord relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Set Triumph’s retail strategy, formats, markets, and unit economics.
• Open/run stores, kiosks; select sites and manage buildouts to launch.
• Build/run vending machines network; manage routes and uptime.
• Develop partner card shop network and shelf placements.
• Collaborate with partnerships to secure national shelf space.
• Launch physical repacks, pricing, packaging, distribution.
• Coordinate ops, security, IT for day-one readiness.
• Work with legal/compliance on formats/markets; hire/lead retail team.
• Create playbook: site criteria, terms, vendor bench, checklists.
• Travel regularly to markets, locations, and partner shops.
