Job summary

Triumph, operating as Rips By Triumph, seeks an on-site Operations Manager in Fremont, CA to lead a shift of Associates and own the quality of every card from receipt to shipment. You will be the primary contact for suppliers and ensure safe handling of high-value inventory.

This hands-on role requires strong operations knowledge, delegation, and the ability to coach on the floor. A full-time 40-hour schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of shift lead, team lead, or supervisor experience in operations or similar environment.
• Strong delegation, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy under time pressure.
• Experience working across multiple systems (scheduling and inventory).
• Reliable with exclusive access to high-value inventory.
• Clear written and verbal communication; professional with vendors.
• Industry familiarity with trading cards or collectibles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to associates at each shift based on experience.
• Manage weekly schedules, time off, sick calls, shifts, and vacations.
• Handle the highest-value inventory with strict logging and inspections.
• Monitor supply levels and reorder materials to prevent shortages.
• Audit inventory and coordinate restocking for discrepancies.
• Build supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and confirm orders.
• Train and coach associates with constructive feedback.
• Maintain clean, organized handoffs between shifts.
