Triumph in Fremont seeks a hands-on Operations Manager to lead a shift team of Associates, owning the quality of every card from receipt to shipment. You will set pace, delegate tasks, and be the primary contact for suppliers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of shift lead, team lead, or supervisor experience in operations, warehouse, fulfillment, or similar high-performance environment.
• Strong delegation and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail under time pressure.
• Comfort working across multiple systems (scheduling and inventory tools).
• Trustworthy with exclusive access to valuable inventory.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Scrappy, resourceful, and a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule.
• Employment may be contingent upon a background check.

Responsibilities

• Delegate clear, specific tasks to each associate at shift start.
• Manage all associate scheduling in Rippling, including changes before shifts.
• Serve as exclusive handler of highest-value inventory with logging.
• Track supply levels and reorder proactively to prevent shortages.
• Audit inventory and coordinate restocking when needed.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships; negotiate and resolve issues.
• Train and coach associates with feedback and guidance.
• Enforce cleanliness and organized handoffs between shifts.
