• 7–10 years of progressive retail leadership with P&L ownership.
• Experience building and executing multi‑channel retail strategy for a franchise or high‑growth environment.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to explain a retail P&L.
• Strategic vendor management with negotiation and contracts.
• Cross‑functional leadership with Finance, Technology and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and P&L for the retail division and annual plan.
• Lead category strategy, seasonal buys, and multi‑line planning.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance standards.
• Coordinate with Finance, Technology and Marketing on launches and calendars.
• Oversee the team including Merchandising Manager and Retail Ops Manager.
