Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a dedicated team member to examine and grade donated goods for resale at our Tucker location. You will process items efficiently to meet production goals while following standard operating procedures.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be 18+ to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale.
• Process goods in an accelerated manner to meet production goals.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area and follow SOPs.
• Greet guests and assist with transactions as needed.
• Support safety and security practices and teamwork with peers.
